CONDUIT AUTOMATE

Client Agreement & Acknowledgments:•Delivery Timeline & Kickoff: The delivery timeline (48 hours for Core / 72 hours for Pro) officially commences strictly upon both (a) confirmed payment receipt and (b) receipt of required website CMS credentials or active webhook placement.
•Form Coverage & Scope: Integration is strictly limited to the agreed forms (up to 2 for Core / up to 5 for Pro). Visual website redesign, theme edits, SEO, and paid ad traffic are explicitly excluded.
SMS Dispatch Authorization: Client authorizes Conduit Automate to configure carrier gateway routing to deliver automated real-time lead alerts to the designated mobile number.
•30-Day Stability Warranty (60 Days for Pro): Includes full monitoring, bug fixes, and carrier troubleshooting at zero extra charge for 30 calendar days following live deployment (60 days for Pro).
•Post-Warranty Changes & $99 Pipeline Update Fee: Any modifications requested after the warranty period—such as changing phone numbers, switching mobile carriers, connecting newly built web forms, or repairing forms altered by third-party website redesigns—are billed at a flat $99 Pipeline Update Fee per request.
•Functional Verification & Refund Policy: All pipelines are verified via a live end-to-end test upon completion. If Conduit Automate cannot successfully capture your form data and dispatch live SMS alerts during testing, a 100% full refund is issued immediately. Once live testing is verified and assets are handed over, setup fees are non-refundable due to the custom digital engineering provided. (Conduit Automate does not guarantee inbound traffic or sales volume).
•Asset Ownership & Zero Software Fees: All created Google Sheet databases, webhooks, and automation pipelines are 100% transferred to client ownership upon completion with zero recurring agency software fees.
•Secure Payment via Stripe: All transactions are processed through Stripe’s encrypted gateway. Conduit Automate never collects, stores, or accesses customer payment card data.
•Limitation of Liability & External Outages: Conduit Automate integrates with third-party networks (mobile carriers, Google, website hosts). We are not liable for telecom carrier delays, network latency, or third-party outages beyond our direct control. Under no circumstances is Conduit Automate liable for lost business profits, missed client leads, or indirect damages. Maximum financial liability is strictly capped at the total setup fee paid.
